		<description>I always thought that it was weird that under the financial functions category in Microsoft Excel there are several calculations for severance pay:

SEVERANCE_GOOD – Returns the severance pay amount when treating ex-employees fairly

SEVERANCE_EVIL – Returns the severance pay amount when treating ex-employees like garbage

SEVERANCE_PR – Returns the severance pay amount when negative publicity results from treating ex-employees like garbage</description>
