		<description>Hmm... that classification kind of sounds like someone being &#039;slightly pregnant&#039;. Interesting that the police went back and recategorised the statistics though; I&#039;m left with two questions:

1) Why were the statistics &#039;fudged&#039; on the basis of the scale of injury/damage in the first place (politics perhaps?)
2) Why are they now being restated as more serious crimes (manpower and budgets for the noble plod perhaps?)
